All building permits for NEW one and two-family dwellings (NOT FOR ADDITIONS, GARAGES, OR BOATHOUSES) must be completed online. If you choose not to do this before you mail your packet to RC Inspections Agency an additional charge of $65.00 will be added to your permit fee.
